Frequently asked questions

Q.What is KING and QUEEN?
It’s a service that gives you back part of the referral fees paid by partners, in crypto, based on your Forex trading, Crypto Card issuance and use of partner online services. It is operated by KING and QUEEN Foundation (DAO).
Q.How is the cashback rate set?
The rate is the same for every broker, and depends on your member rank: Member gets 20% of cashback, Silver 30%, and Gold 40%. Since each partner pays a different referral fee, the actual amount you receive varies by partner. Crypto Cards give a set amount of USDC for issuing a physical card (¥3,000 worth for Tevau, ¥1,500 worth for Bitget Wallet).
Q.Are there any costs? Do spreads get wider?
Signing up is free. Each withdrawal of cashback has a 3 USDT fee (deducted from your USDT balance regardless of which currency you withdraw). No extra spread or trading fees are added, and trading terms are the same as opening an account directly on the official site.
Q.Can I use it with an FX broker I already have an account with?
For XM, BigBoss, FXGT and Ultima Markets, enter the referral code when opening an additional account. For Exness, request a partner change and open a new account once it is approved. Vantage Trading is eligible for new accounts only. For details, see each broker’s page.
Q.Which FX account types qualify?
Standard accounts at each broker qualify. Zero/ECN accounts, cent accounts and similar are not eligible.
Q.When and where do I receive cashback?
Based on your usage for the month, it’s credited to your token balance in My Page by the 5th of the next month. Once you request a withdrawal, we send it to your chosen wallet address. Withdrawals are batched once a month per currency and sent by the 5th of the following month.
Q.Is cashback taxed?
Generally, Forex gains/losses and cashback are treated as miscellaneous income. For details, including how crypto received is treated, please consult a tax accountant or other professional.
Q.What do I get for referring friends?
