The KING and QUEEN Foundation (hereinafter the "Foundation") sets out below how it handles user information on "KING and QUEEN" (hereinafter the "Service"), a token rewards platform operated under a DAO model.

  • Name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, and other registration information
  • Wallet addresses and other information necessary to send rewards
  • Results data, usage data, and transaction data held by partner businesses, advertisers, affiliate networks, and other partners
  • IP addresses, browser information, cookie information, and other technical information
  • The content of inquiries and support correspondence history

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

The Foundation uses the information it collects for the following purposes.

  • Providing and operating the Service
  • User registration
  • Determining results, calculating rewards, and granting rewards
  • Sending crypto assets and the proprietary token
  • Responding to inquiries from users
  • Monitoring, preventing, and investigating fraudulent use
  • System operation and service improvement
  • Important notices and other necessary notifications
  • Compliance with laws and regulations
  • Purposes incidental to the above

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

Except in the following cases, the Foundation will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent.

The Service may use cookies and other similar technologies to determine results, analyze usage, improve convenience, and prevent fraudulent use.

If a user disables cookies, some functions of the Service may not work properly.

The Foundation implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, and the leakage, loss, or damage of, the information it collects.

However, the Foundation does not guarantee the complete security of information transmitted over the internet or by other electronic means.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, and Suspension of Use)

Users may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their own information held by the Foundation.

The Foundation will respond after verifying the user's identity to a reasonable extent.

However, the Foundation may be unable to comply with a request where it has a legal obligation or other legitimate reason.

Article 7 (Use by Minors)

The Service is intended for persons who have reached the age of majority in their country or region of residence.

If use by a minor comes to light, the Foundation may suspend the account or take other necessary measures.

Article 8 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

The Foundation may change this Policy as necessary.

The revised contents shall take effect at the time they are posted on the Service.
