Terms of Service

Article 1 (Service Overview)
These Terms set out the conditions for using "KING and QUEEN" (hereinafter the "Service"), a token rewards platform operated by the KING and QUEEN Foundation (hereinafter the "Foundation").
Users shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.
The Service provides rewards in crypto assets and a proprietary token in return for registering with, using, or trading through partner businesses, advertisers, brokers, exchanges, and other partner services.
Article 2 (Registration)
Users shall register in the manner prescribed by the Service. The Foundation may refuse a registration application, or suspend or delete an account, in the following cases.
- Where false information is registered
- Where the user impersonates a third party
- Where the user holds multiple accounts
- Where the user violates laws, regulations, or these Terms
- Where the Foundation otherwise deems it inappropriate
Article 3 (Rewards)
Rewards are granted in crypto assets or the proprietary token.
The types of rewards, the conditions and timing for granting them, and the calculation method shall be determined by the Foundation.
Article 4 (Approval of Results)
The condition for a reward to arise is the approval of results by a partner business, advertiser, or affiliate network. Results or rewards may be rendered invalid in the following cases.
- Rejection of results
- Duplicate registration
- Registration of false information
- Use of bots
- Abuse of the self-referral system
- Fraudulent transactions
- Violation of an advertiser's or partner's terms
- Where the Foundation otherwise deems it inappropriate
Article 5 (Cancellation of Rewards)
The Foundation may cancel, adjust, or recover rewards in the following cases.
- Where fraudulent use comes to light
- Where the approval of results is revoked
- Where rewards were granted in error due to a system error
- Where a violation of these Terms comes to light
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- Acts that violate laws or regulations
- Impersonating a third party
- Creating or using multiple accounts
- Registering false information
- Improper use of bots or other automated tools
- Unauthorized access to the system
- Fraudulently obtaining results
- Money laundering or other criminal acts
- Acts that cause damage to the Foundation or third parties
- Other acts that the Foundation deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Account Suspension)
Where a user violates these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent use, the Foundation may suspend the account, restrict use, or process withdrawal of membership without prior notice.
If any rewards remain unreceived at the time of suspension or withdrawal, the Foundation may render such rewards invalid.
Article 8 (Changes to Service Content)
The Foundation may change the content of the Service, the content of rewards, partner businesses, or the specifications of the proprietary token without prior notice to users.
Article 9 (Suspension and Termination of the Service)
The Foundation may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for reasons such as maintenance, fault response, legal compliance, or otherwise.
The Foundation shall not be liable for any damage arising from the suspension or termination of the Service.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Foundation shall not be liable for the service content of partner businesses, the outcome of result approvals, transaction results, investment decisions, or fluctuations in crypto asset prices.
If a partner business, advertiser, or affiliate network rejects a result, the Foundation shall bear no obligation to grant a reward.
The Foundation shall not be liable for any damage arising from system failures, communication failures, failures of third-party services, or force majeure.
Article 11 (Risk Disclosure)
Foreign exchange trading, crypto asset trading, and other investment activities involve high risks.
Users shall use partner services at their own risk.
The Service does not provide investment advice, investment solicitation, or financial advice.
Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)
The Foundation may change these Terms from time to time.
The revised Terms shall take effect at the time they are posted on the Service.
Article 13 (Exclusion from Solicitation)
Some of the content in this service is not intended to solicit customers residing in Japan.
Article 14 (Withdrawals)
Users may request withdrawals within the balance of the assets (crypto assets and the Foundation's own tokens) they hold on the Service.
Withdrawal transfers (payouts) are processed by the Foundation in a batch at the beginning of each month, once per month per asset. Accordingly, depending on when the request is made, it takes up to approximately one month from a withdrawal request until the transfer is completed.
The Foundation may restrict withdrawals where any grounds set forth in these Terms apply.
